The room was great-sized and brand-new, provided with extra bed, large tv's. Had a relaxing stay for a business trip, and would return there.

Everything was fine, spotless hotel, absolutely perfect location right in the centre of town. Our room was brand-new and well-kept with king bed and the staff were responsive. The breakfast offered was wonderful and absolutely fantastic for an additional charge.

Nothing to complain about, had an enjoyable stay for a business trip. The hotel was big and facilities were clean, it had absolutely perfect location near store and the center of old town Nassau and very good restaurants.

Will choose it for sure for next trip, a really enjoyable stay for a business trip. The hotel is spotless, with well-trained personal, and offers comfortable location adjacent to the cruise ships that are there for the day which is walking distance from the port, downtown and the construction.

The room was functional and updated had all we needed, it was complete with king bed, the garden.

The atmosphere of the hotel is individual. Brand-new rooms complete with king bed and sofa, as example, very professional staff. The breakfast is wonderful and marvellous for an additional charge, had good food.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable, with great beds and adequate air conditioning. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main island with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff at the hotel, especially the front desk team and concierge staff, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. Arnold from the concierge team deserves a special shout out for his amazing recommendations throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic, always having a genuine smile and being super friendly and polite. The private beach, swimming pool, pool bar, and sun shelters with cabanas were like having a mini resort downtown. The hotel also had a fitness center and easy access to all the nearby restaurants and bars. The view from the HHonors club on the top floor was fabulous too. It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I ever come back to the Bahamas.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, it would be great if there were more variety.

So many hidden costs added to the room bill almost doubled the room bill. E.G. room cleaning tax, environmental tax, service tax, all per person per night. Internet charge even thought it is stated as been free internet. The two trips organized through the hotel were both over 50 minutes late on pick up from the hotel and end up costing a lot more than the hotel stated.

An overpriced money making machine with no heart. Inefficient staff unable to convey a sense of care for the guests - "going through the motions". If you like the appearance of quality without the substance, this is for you. Otherwise avoid. For the price asked, a total sham.
